Cal Tià is the old “Masoveria”, located next to the main building of Mas Ferrer, buttotally independent with capacity to accommodate up to 5 guests in winter season and up to 8 guests in summer.

The house is distributed in two levels, it has a kitchen/living room on the ground floor with fireplace all in one room, winter dining room (which transforms into a double room in summer) and an adapted bathroom. Going up the open staircase to the living room we will find a double bedroom with air conditioning and also a triple one, as well as a second bathroom.

Outside it has a huge terrace, with a barbecue, a large covered pergola and really beautiful views to enjoy the natural environment with total privacy.

It shares the common outdoor area of ​​the complex, where the gorgeous fully fenced garden is located,and which includes a large pool and several outdoor seating areas (*).

(*) In the case that the rental is not for the whole complex, but individually for some of the properties, the outdoor areas such as gardens, swimming pool, parking, etc… may be shared with other resort guests).
